Macedonia Adult Family Home is an RN-owned adult family home located in the quiet Oakbrook area of Lakewood, Washington. Our home provides a warm, home-like setting where our loved ones can receive 24-hour direct care, compassionate support, and personalized attention.

We have private single rooms available and welcome individuals of different ages and care needs. Macedonia AFH has contracts for HCS Meaningful Day, Expanded Community Services (ECS), DDA, Mental Health, and Medical Health.
